Dr. Nadine Ushakov is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Dallas in the department of Sustainable Earth Systems Sciences. Nadine has aBSc and PhD in geophysics from the University of Calgary, Canada, where her main focus of research was on earthquakes due to energy projects. From 2021 to 2023, she was at the University of Texas at Austin as a postdoctoral fellow working in the Jackson School of Geosciences. Read full bio ❯

Dr. Diller is an internationally recognized authority in heat and temperature-related processes in living tissues and how they may be applied in the design of therapeutic devices. His first studies in the 1960s were related to the freezing of cells and tissues for transplantation. He has also pursued advanced analysis of burn injury occurrence and treatment, as well as the application of thermal therapy for cancer.
